Shiny, yes. Longer, no.
There is no such thing as a magic shampoo that magically makes your hair grow..
The only way you can have you growth stimulated is to eat foods with tons of vitamin B in them.
Or take vitamin B itself, and eat healthy.
If you eat a whole bunch of crap foods that are no good for you it stunts the growth of your hair.
